How far in advance do your services need to be booked?
We recommend that you schedule your Vacation Services with us at the same time you secure your vacation rental or at least seven (7) days before your planned arrival date. This will ensure availability. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last minute requests.
We appreciate that you provide us with your grocery list and a list of any incidentals 5 days in prior to check-in.
We appreciate 24 hour notice for all unscheduled requests, but we will do our absolute best to accommodate same day requested service.

What is your cancellation policy with Seas The Day?
A forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice is appreciated on scheduled services. Specialty orders and items that have already been purchased on your behalf at your request are non-refundable.
How do I cancel a rental such as kayaks, surfboards, bikes etc.?
Each individual rental business has their own cancellation policy. Please contact us and or the agency so we may do so properly.
What if a service I need is not on your list?
Don’t worry! If you don’t see the service you require listed on our site just contact us and let us know what you need. Seas The Day Concierge is committed to providing you the service you require if it is at all possible for us to do so.
What Method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master-card, American Express and cash. Credit and Debit Card payments can be made thru this website or with the owner.
ALL CASH TRANSACTIONS MUST BE HANDLED WITH THE OWNER ONLY.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
Are you insured?
Yes, Seas The Day Concierge, LLC is fully insured and licensed as required by the State of New Jersey.
How do I order my groceries?
Simply create an account using the member login. Once your account is created go to the grocery list, click items you are requesting and it will be sent directly to us. Someone will be contacting you shortly before your arrival to confirm items, estimated total price and implement payment of goods. At this time we can discuss any additional items or services if need be.
Please be as specific as possible when compiling your list by including preferred name brands, sizes, scents, flavors, colors, etc..
What store will you shop in for my grocery order?
We shop at Acme, Shop Rite or Wal-Mart for your groceries and necessities.
What if I put something on my list but you cannot find it?
We will try to find a substitute item for you if possible (unless you specify on your order otherwise.) If we are unable to find a substitute you will be contacted .
How far in advance must I submit my grocery list to you?
We appreciate that you provide us with five (5) days advance notice for check-in day grocery service but will do our best to accommodate orders with less notice when possible. For restock grocery service during your stay we appreciate 24 hours notice. But will always do our very best to accommodate same day requests.
How and when do I pay for my groceries?
We require payment in advance for our grocery service; the amount will be customized and estimated. Any actual cost above the estimated payment that was received is due to us at the time of the actual grocery delivery. If the actual cost is below the payment that was received we will refund you the difference at time of delivery.
What is your cancellation policy for the grocery service?
Cancellation of check-in day orders must be received within 48 hours of your original arrival date. Simply send us an email, text or call us. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee for less then 48 hours notice.
As we are valuing your time we ask that you do the same for us.
